摘要
针对汽车前舱盖加强板上的铆钉经常脱落问题,通过对铆钉脱落原因及铆钉结构进行分析,改进原有的铆接工艺,优化了加强板铆接接口形状;改进后的工艺路线为冲孔、扩孔整形、铆接、检验。同时对改进前后的加强板进行性能测试对比,测试结果表明:改进后的铆钉铆接工艺在推出力、剥离力矩、破坏力矩3个指标上均优于改进前的铆钉铆接工艺,改进后的铆接工艺提高了加强板与铆钉的铆接质量,降低了铆钉脱落的风险,提高了铆接零件的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of rivet often falling off on the stiffening plate of automobile front hatch cover,the original riveting process was improved and the shape of the riveting joint of the stiffening plate was optimized by analyzing the reason of rivet falling off and the rivet structure.The improved process route was piercing,hole expanding and sizing,riveting,inspection.At the same time,the performance of the reinforced plate before and after improvement was tested and compared.The test results showed that the improved rivet riveting process was superior to the un⁃improved rivet riveting process in pushing force,stripping moment,and breaking moment.There⁃fore,the improved riveting process improved the riveting quality of the stiffening plate and the riv⁃et,effectively reduced the risk of rivet falling off,and improved the reliability of the riveting prod⁃uct.
