介绍了全顺车前门锁紧杆加强板合件的螺母铆接模的结构、工艺分析和设计要点 ,把冲孔和铆接在一次行程中完成 。
The structure, the technological analysis and the main design points of the riveting die for the combined reinforcing plate for connecting the locking rod of the front door of the automobile were introduced. Accomplishing piercing and riveting in one stroke increased the production efficiency.
