摘要
为克服传统连接方法的某些不足,金属板件的冲压连接技术得到了不断的研究、发展和应用.本文通过对铝板件进行冲压连接实验,研究了这种冲压连接技术的机理和冲压模具设计,并重点分析了影响连接强度特性的主要因素.实验结果表明:冲压连接技术具有经济性和可靠性好等优点,其实际工业应用价值较高.
In order to overcome disadvantages of the traditional methods, the research into punch bonding technology for metal sheets is made unceasingly, and a new technology is developed and put to use. Through experiments with aluminous sheets, punch bonding mechanism and die designing are studied and main affecting factors on bonding strength characteristics are analyzed. Results show that the punch bonding technique is feasible; moreover, it is more economic and reliable. Meanwhile, the new technology features simple operation requirements, easy automation, favorable environmental protection and practical industrial application value.
