Yang Xianjiang’s Aesthetic Education Thought and Its Contemporary Revelation

摘要 美育对培养健全的人格、促进人的全面和谐发展具有重要意义。杨贤江的美学思想蕴含了丰富而独到的教育内涵:人们可以在大自然中感受美,在人文环境中涵养美,在艺术作品中探究美,在日常生活中发现美。杨贤江认为美育的目的是培养“完人”,美育有助于救亡图存,可以改造社会,健全个体人格。杨贤江美育思想对当前加强和改进美育工作有重要启示:美育要与德、智、体、劳和谐并进,以培养“完人”为精神向度,并落实在具体的生活中。 Aesthetic education plays an important role in cultivating sound personalities and promoting integrity and harmony of personal growth.Yang Xianjiang’s aesthetic ideology contains rich and unique educational connotations,asserting that people can appreciate beauty in nature,cultivate beauty in a cultural environment,explore beauty in artistic works,and discover beauty in daily life.Yang Xianjiang believes that aesthetic education is aimed to cultivate a“perfect person”that contributes to national salvation,social transformation,and well-developed personality.These thoughts of aesthetic education have important implications for advancing today’s work on aesthetic education that emphasizes the integration of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,and labor to develop“perfect persons”in the spiritual dimension that is embodied in life.
