基于运行包络线的虚拟电厂日前-实时响应能力量化研究 被引量:3

摘要 虚拟电厂是聚合分布式资源的有效形式,为电力系统的运行提供灵活可控的调节资源,虚拟电厂的响应能力量化是支撑其应用实践的重要问题。针对虚拟电厂日前-实时两阶段的响应能力量化,构建一种配电网运营商向虚拟电厂传递表征信息的框架。在满足电力系统安全运行的前提下,通过数据驱动方法拟合灵敏度函数获得运行包络线,在访问权限受限、拓扑信息不完全的情况下,可替代经典的网络约束模型。算例对网络约束的不同处理形成4种方案,基于IEEE 33节点测试系统对虚拟电厂的响应能力进行量化,并对比分析了4种方案下的电压安全运行结果。验证了采用灵敏度函数获得运行包络线的方法,在牺牲实际运行可接受的精准度条件下,能快速、可靠、准确地量化虚拟电厂响应能力。 Virtual power plant is an effective form of aggregating distributed resources to provide flexible and controllable regulation resources for power system operation.Response capability quantification is an important issue to support its application practice.A framework is constructed for the transmission of representative information from distribution network operators to virtual power plants,aiming at the response capability quantification of virtual power plants in the day-ahead-real-time phase.The operation envelope is obtained by fitting the sensitivity function through a data-driven approach which can replace the classical network constraint model in the case of restricted access and incomplete topological information under the premise of satisfying the safe operation of the power system.The different treatments of network constraints by the algorithms form four scenarios to quantify the response capability of the virtual power plant based on the IEEE 33-node test system,and the results of voltage safe operation under the four scenarios are comparatively analyzed.The method of obtaining the operation envelope is verified that using the sensitivity function can quickly,reliably,and accurately quantify the virtual power plant responsiveness at the expense of the acceptable accuracy of the actual operation.
