摘要
目的:探索门诊实践联合反思性教学方式在骨外科实习教学中的应用价值。方法:选取滨州医学院2017级五年制临床医学专业实习学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各有25人。对照组采取传统病房实习方式,试验组采取门诊实践联合反思性教学方式,比较两种教学方式的应用效果。结果:试验组理论笔试和临床技能操作考核成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊实践联合反思性教学方式在骨外科实习教学中激发了学生的学习积极性,锻炼了临床思维,提高了沟通和表达能力。
Objective:To explore the value of outpatient practice combined with reflective teaching in orthopedic internship teaching.Method:Fifty students were randomly divided into two groups,with the control group using traditional ward internships and the experimental group using outpatient practice combined with reflective teaching.Results showed significantly higher scores and satisfaction in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This combined teaching method enhances students'enthusiasm for learning,improves clinical thinking,and strengthens communication skills.
