摘要
目的:探讨基于手机微信平台的互动式教学在普通外科实习教学中的效果。方法:选取普通外科实习的82名学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用传统带教结合微信平台的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过比较两组学生的理论成绩、实践能力等,分析两组学生的实习效果。结果:试验组的理论成绩、实践能力、实习兴趣与参与度、临床思维能力、综合素质以及对带教老师的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在普通外科实习教学中合理使用微信平台有助于改善医学生的学习效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of interactive teaching via the WeChat platform in general surgery internship training.Method:82 students were selected and divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group used traditional teaching combined with WeChat,while the control group used conventional methods.Results showed higher scores in theoretical knowledge,practice skills,and overall satisfaction for the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the WeChat platform in general surgery intern training improves learning outcomes for medical students.
