摘要
目的:研究以诊治指南为基础的PBL教学法在留学生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院见习的临床医学专业留学生2个班级,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用以诊治指南为基础的PBL教学法。结果:试验组理论成绩及见习满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以诊治指南为基础的PBL教学方法取得了较好的教学效果,值得在留学生临床教学中推广应用。
Objective:To examine the effectiveness of guideline-based Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in clinical teaching for foreign students in cardiology.Method:Two classes of foreign medical students were randomly divided into control and experimental groups.Results showed significantly better theoretical scores and satisfaction in the experimental group(P<0.05),indicating that this method enhances clinical teaching quality for foreign students.
