摘要
男性不育症的发生多与“肾精亏虚,精室失用”有关。本文提出“肾-精室”理论在男性不育症中的应用,概述了肾与精室的理论溯源,并阐明肾中精、气、阴、阳之不足影响生殖之精的化生,从而导致精室藏泄功能失用,表现为虚实夹杂的证候。临证中,遵循精室“以通为用”的特性,针对不同证型明辨病因病机,补肾与通利精室相结合,有利于精液质量的恢复,提高男性生育率。
The occurrence of male infertility is often related to the“kidney deficiency and kidney-essence chamber dysfunction”.This article proposes the application of the“kidney-essence chamber”theory in male infertility,outlines the origin of the theory,and elucidates how the deficiency of essence,qi,yin and yang in the kidney affects fertility essence and leads to the dysfunction of the essence chamber manifested as the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of mixed deficiency and excess.In clinical practice,following the essence chamber-related principle of“keeping the six fu-organs unobstructed in function”,targeting different types of syndromes and their pathogenesis,combined treatment of tonifying the kidney and dredging the essence chamber is conducive to the recovery of semen quality and improvement of male fertility.
