摘要
介绍陈其华教授从痰辨治精冷不化临证经验。精冷不化相当于现代医学的精液液化时间长及精液不液化,是造成不育症的重要因素之一。陈其华教授认为,精冷不化应责之于痰,其病机多为脾肾阳虚,肝郁气滞,气化失司,痰从中生,或湿热下注,痰浊湿热胶结,阻滞精室精道,阳气难以温煦精室。治疗上应以温阳化气、消痰通络为原则,注重整体与局部辨证,权衡疾病虚实主次,参以引经药物直达病所,每获良效,另举验案以飨同道。
This article introduces Professor Chen Qihua’s clinical experience from the differentiation and treatment of phlegm to cold but not cold.Coldness is equivalent to the long time of semen liquefaction in modern medicine and semen is not liquefied,which is one of the important factors that cause infertility.Master Chen believes that phlegm should be blamed for coldness and coldness,and its pathogenesis is mostly spleen and kidney yang deficiency,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,loss of qi transformation,phlegm growth from the middle,or damp-heat injection,phlegm turbidity,damp-heat cementation,block In the fine room,the Yang Qi is difficult to warm the fine room.The treatment should be based on the principles of warming yang and dissipating qi,eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals,focusing on overall and partial dialectics,weighing the priority of the deficiency and excess of the disease,and referring to the meridian drugs directly to the disease.Every time a good effect is obtained,another case should be tested to enjoy the same path.
