摘要
目的:探讨与观察黄芪桂枝五物汤配合小针刀治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月平凉市中医医院收治的72例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将72例患者分为中医组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,中医组在此基础上又增加黄芪桂枝五物汤配合小针刀疗法治疗,治疗3个月后观察2组的治疗效果。结果:中医组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后上肢和下肢肢体功能Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)评分均较治疗前增高,且中医组上肢和下肢肢体功能FMAS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,2组的血清白细胞介素-6和C-反应蛋白含量均低于治疗前,且中医组治疗3个月后血清白细胞介素-6和C-反应蛋白含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗3个月后的关节疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且中医组治疗3个月后的关节疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤配合小针刀治疗类风湿性关节炎有助于提高治疗有效率,改善患者的上肢与下肢功能,降低患者血清白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白的含量,缓解关节疼痛。
Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with small needle knife in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Pingliang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a TCM group and a control group according to random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with small needleknife therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed after 3 months of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMAS)scores of upper limb and lower limb function in both groups were higher than before treation,and the FMAS scores of upper limb and lower limb function in TCM group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The contents of serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in 2 groups after 3 months of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the contents of serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in Chinese medicine group after 3 months of treatment were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The joint pain visual analog Scale(VAS)score of the 2 groups after 3 months of treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the joint pain VAS score of the Chinese medicine group after 3 months of treatment was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with small needle knife in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can improve the effective rate of treatment,improve the function of upper and lower limbs,reduce the content of serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein,and relieve joint pain.
