摘要
对４５例类风湿关节炎病人５９个膝关节滑膜切除术进行短期追访及疗效评价．平均年龄４３．４岁，平均随访时间２６．８个月．３３．９％患者疼痛完全缓解，７２．９％肿胀明显减轻，大部分病人自我评价满意，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者术后优良率达９０％以上．因此作者认为在类风湿关节炎早期，膝关节滑膜肿胀渗出，滑膜切除术仍是值得重视的外科治疗方法之一．
Fifty-ninekneesinforty-fiverheumatoidarthritis(RA)patientsunderwentsynovecto-myandwereevaluatedatshort-termfolow-up.themeanagewas43.4years.Theaveragefolow-upperoidlasted26.8months.Thepainandswelingwererelievedobviously.Theaverageactiveextentionincreasedconsiderably.Theroentgenographicfindingsshowednostatisticaldiference.76.4%ofpa-tientsweresatisfiedwiththeresultsofoperation.Theoveralassessmentoftheefectofsynovectomyshowedsatisfactoryresults71.2%includingalARAI,and89.7%ofARAⅡ.EvidentlysynovectomystilplaysanimportantroleinthetreatmentofRA.
