摘要
急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是猫临床诊疗中较常见的一种疾病。该病的死亡率可达50%,并且与肾脏损伤的程度有关。若诊疗及时,猫AKI可逆,能够达到较好的预后效果。但由于猫AKI的症状不显著,且病程短、恶化快,易导致延误诊疗进而影响预后。文章综述了猫AKI的病因、发病机制、诊断与治疗等方面的研究进展,旨在为猫AKI的临床诊疗提供参考。
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a relatively common clinical condition in cats,with a mortality rate that can reach up to 50%and is associated with the extent of kidney damage.If diagnosed and treated promptly,feline AKI can be reversible and achieve a better prognosis.However,due to the unobtrusive symptoms of the disease,its short course,and rapid progression,it is easy to delay diagnosis and treatment,which affects the prognosis.This article reviews the research on the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of feline AKI,aiming to provide a reference for its clinical management.
