摘要
目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者开始血液透析的时机及影响因素。方法选取2006年1月-2008年12月间98例CRF患者,研究开始透析时肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿毒症症状、并发症以及首次透析的情况,分析影响透析时机的因素。结果透析时机过晚,患者有明显尿毒症症状。结论积极做好卫生宣教,充分发挥社会与家庭的力量,尽可能让患者按透析指征及时透析。
Objective To investigate the timing of beginning dialysis in chronic renal failure（CRF） patients and influece factors. Methods 98 CRF patients with hemodialysis（ from January 2006 to December 2008 ） were surveyed. The creatinine clearance（ Ccr）, serum creatinine concentration（ Scr）, symptoms of uremia, complications and the conditions during first hemodialysis were recorded and analyzed. Results The later dialysis leaded to more obvious symptoms of uremia. Conclusion It is important to dialyse timely acorrding to indications of hemodialysis in patients with CRF
