摘要
针对低温工况下某轨道交通空压机组用板翅式换热器发生冰堵故障问题,开展了空压机组高低温试验研究,获得了不同工况下压缩机组运行的温度参数,利用该温度参数计算了压缩气体流经各部件时的析水量并结合空压机组的工作特点,剖析了换热器冰堵产生的主要原因,提出了一种消除冰堵故障的解决方案并进行了试验验证。研究成果为空压机组在低温工况的安全可靠运行提供保障。
For the problem of ice blockage in the plate-fin heat exchanger used in a rail transit air compressor unit under low temperature conditions,the high and low temperature tests of the air compressor unit were carried out,and the operating temperature parameters of the compressor unit under different working conditions were obtained.By using these temperature parameters,the water discharge of compressed gas flowing through each component was calculated.And the main causes of ice blockage in heat exchanger were analyzed in combination with the working characteristics of the air compressor,a solution to eliminating the ice blockage fault was proposed,and was verified by experiments.The research results provide a guarantee for safe and reliable operation of the air compressor at low temperature.
