摘要
目的:分析糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠在过敏性鼻炎患者治疗中的安全性与该治疗策略对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月滨州市第二人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的过敏性鼻炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,评价患者治疗结局、睡眠质量、药物不良反应情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗有效性更高(P<0.05),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分更低(P<0.05),且2组不良反应发生情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠可在保证患者用药安全的同时,可协助其获得理想的治疗预期,并利于协同其改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze the safety of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients and the impact of this treatment strategy on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:Allergic rhinitis patients admitted from Otolaryngological Department and Binzhou Second People′s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included as subjects.According to the principle of random double blind method,the patients were successively included in the control group(n=40,treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray)and the observation group(n=40,treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium).Evaluate patient treatment outcomes,quantified sleep quality levels,and adverse drug reactions.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment efficacy of the observation group was higher(P<0.05),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score was lower(P<0.05).The statistical comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups showed homogeneity(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium can not only ensure the safety of drug use,but also help patients to obtain ideal treatment expectations and improve sleep quality.
