摘要
变应性鼻炎(AR)是临床常见疾病之一,随着现代化和城市化的发展,过敏性疾病和自身免疫性疾病急剧增加。中医药在改善AR症状及减少复发率方面有着独特优势,但临床防治效果个体差异性较大,且作用机制仍有待进一步明确。近年研究表明,细胞自噬在AR的发生发展过程中起到了重要调节作用。本文通过搜索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed等各大文献数据库,有效筛选2008—2022年相关文献,旨在深入阐明自噬与AR的关系及其作用机制,并对中医药通过自噬作用防治AR的研究做一综述,以期为中医药防治AR提供新思路及参考。
The incidence of allergic diseases and autoimmune diseases have increased dramatically with the progress in modernization and urbanization.Allergic rhinitis(AR)is one of the common clinical diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in alleviating the symptoms and reducing the recurrence rate of AR.However,the clinical prevention and treatment effects of TCM vary among individuals,and the mechanism still remains to be further clarified.Studies have shown that autophagy plays a regulatory role in the occurrence and development of AR.We retrieved relevant articles from CNKl,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,and PubMed with the time interval from 2008 to 2022.By reviewing these articles,we expound the relationship between autophagy and AR and summarize the progress in the TCM prevention and treatment of AR via autophagy,aiming to provide new ideas and references for the TCM prevention and treatment of this disease.
