摘要
目的探讨糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法95例过敏性鼻炎患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组给予基础治疗+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,观察组给予基础治疗+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂+玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-4、IL-13水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药期间的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,可有效改善患者机体炎性反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its impact on patients'serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods 95 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with basic therapy+mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with basic therapy+furoate nasal spray+Yupingfeng granules.The treatment effect,levels of serum inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-13 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significant effect and high safety,and can effectively improve inflammatory response of patients.
