室内TSP态甲基苯丙胺的来源特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的以甲基苯丙胺为例,探究空气中精神药物的来源特征和污染特征。方法通过室内模拟甲基苯丙胺的燃吸(烫吸)过程和实验室模拟毒品制造的开包、封包、浓缩、稀释等过程,产生总悬浮颗粒物(total suspended particulate,TSP),用截停滤膜采集TSP,探究TSP中甲基苯丙胺及其共存标记物的萃取和检测技术,初步阐明TSP中典型精神药物的来源和污染特征。结果实验条件下,模拟燃吸场所TSP态甲基苯丙胺的含量为3.938~33.987μg/m^(3),空闲时间毒品实验室内的甲基苯丙胺含量仅为3.476 ng/m^(3)。空闲时间实验室的TSP中无尼古丁、咖啡因等共存标记物。结论本研究提出了空气中TSP态甲基苯丙胺的滤膜采集+有机相(水相)萃取+GC-MS、UPLC-PDA、UPLC-MS/MS检测技术,咖啡因和尼古丁是麻古燃吸的共存标记物,尼古丁是冰毒烟丝燃吸共存标记物。 Objective To explore the source and pollution characteristics of psychotropic substance(methamphetamine)in the air.Methods Methamphetamine-containing total suspended particulate matter(TSP)is legally generated during simulated indoor smoking(pyrolysis inhalation)or lab-scale simulated processes of drug manufacture(opening,sealing,concentration,and dilution)process.TSP is collected using a cut-off filter membrane.TSP-containing methamphetamine and its coexisting markers have been extracted and determined to preliminarily elucidate the sources and pollution characteristics of airborne typical psychotropic substances.Results Under the experimental conditions,the content of smoking-induced indoor TSP-containing methamphetamine was 3.938-33.987μg/m^(3),while the content of methamphetamine in the legal narcotics laboratory during idle time was only 3.476 ng/m^(3).There are no coexisting markers such as nicotine and caffeine in the TSP of the idle-time laboratory.Conclusion This study proposed a filter membrane collection+organic phase(aqueous phase)extraction+GC-MS,UPLC-PDA,UPLC-MS/MS detection method to explore source and pollution characteristics of TSP-containing methamphetamine.Caffeine and nicotine are co-existing markers for the pyrolyzed PM of Magu-containing tobacco,while nicotine is a co-existing marker for pyrolysis of tobacco-containing methamphetamine hydrochloride.
