摘要
目的:探究规范化药事管理在药房管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月仁怀市中医院药师60名为研究对象,根据规范化药事管理实施时间进行分组,2019年1月—2020年1月30名药师为参照组,2020年2月—2021年1月30名药师为观察组。参照组实施常规管理,观察组实施规范化药事管理。比较两组药事管理评分、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组备用药物管理、高危药物管理、给药管理、口服药物管理、多剂量药物、药物标识、抢救药物、麻醉精神药物评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:规范化药事管理在药房管理中的效果较好,能够提高医院药房管理水平,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized pharmaceutical management in pharmacy management.Methods:60 pharmacists from Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups according to the implementation time of standardized pharmaceutical management.30 pharmacists from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the reference group,and 30 pharmacists from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group.The reference group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented standardized pharmaceutical management.The drug administration scores and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of standby drug management,high-risk drug management,administration management,oral drug management,multi-dose drugs,drug labeling,rescue drugs and narcotic psychotropic drugs in observation group were higher than those in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);the incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Standardized pharmaceutical management is effective in pharmacy management,which can improve hospital management level and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
