摘要
在国家大力推进制造业数字化转型的背景下,制造企业积极开展数字化转型工作,在企业设备端和管理端会形成大量的数据。如何让数据真正发挥作用,解决企业在面对特定应用场景时的痛点问题,是当前数字化应用领域面临的首要难题。基于工业互联网平台的技术基础,构建工业大数据采集、分析与统计的平台体系,开发面向特定应用场景的专用算法或机理模型,可以使数据真正发挥作用,为企业创造价值。基于此,分析工业大数据平台的基础架构和关键技术,并针对数控机床加工中的典型应用场景,分析其应用效果。
Against the backdrop of the country's vigorous promotion of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises are actively carrying out digital transformation work,which will generate a large amount of data on the equipment and management sides of the enterprise.How to truly make data work and solve the pain points faced by enterprises in specific application scenarios is the primary challenge facing the current digital application field.Based on the technical foundation of the industrial Internet platform,building a platform system for the collection,analysis and statistics of industrial big data,and developing special algorithms or mechanism models for specific application scenarios can make data really work and create value for enterprises.Based on this,the basic architecture and key technologies of the industrial big data platform were analyzed,and the application effects were analyzed for typical application scenarios in computer numerical control machine tool processing.
