摘要
制造大数据的来源、类型、结构关系复杂,具有区别于普通大数据的诸多特征。大数据是智能制造的重要驱动力,其通过促进“数据-知识-数据”的相互转换和“关联-预测-调控-优化”的机制促进智能制造的发展。应采取综合措施推动大数据赋能智能制造,包括制定和实施企业大数据战略、积极建设与不断完善工业互联网、健全保障大数据应用的政策体系、着力研发和应用关键性大数据技术、拓宽制造大数据的开发利用路径等。
The sources,types and structures of manufacture big data are complicated.It has many characteristics which are different from ordinary big data.Big data is an important driving force for intelligent manufacture.It promotes the development of intelligent manufacture by adopting the conversion of"Data-Knowledge-Data"and the mechanism of"Association-Control-Optimization".Comprehensive measures should be taken to promote big data intelligent manufacture,such as formulating and implementing enterprise big data strategy,actively building and constantly improving industrial Internet,perfecting policy system to guarantee big data application,focusing on research and development,applying critical big data technology,and broadening the development and utilization path of manufacture big data.
