摘要
随着数字智能技术的蓬勃发展,由算法推荐技术构建的算法推荐场域已成为人们获取信息的重要来源地,因此可通过根本立场方向、话语解释权力、信息呈现样态和信息筛选分发模式等路径深刻影响意识形态建设。当前,多样错误价值对主流意识形态的置换、技术中立对价值观念内核的隐藏、资本逻辑主导对人本逻辑回归的梗阻和特定信息投送对整体事实面貌的遮蔽共同呈现了算法推荐场域中意识形态安全的风险样态。针对此,必须协同构建主流价值引领机制、算法素养培育机制、算法技术管理机制和算法法律规制机制,有效防控算法推荐场域内的意识形态风险,维护意识形态安全。
With the vigorous development of digital intelligent technology,the algorithm recommendation field constructed by algorithm recommendation technology has become an important source for people to obtain information.Therefore,it can profoundly affect the ideological construction through the fundamental position direction,discourse interpretation power,information presentation pattern and information screening and distribution mode.At present,the replacement of mainstream ideology by various erroneous values,the hiding of the core of values by the technological neutrality,the obstruction of the dominant logic of capital to the regression of humanistic logic,and the shielding of the overall fact by specific information projection have jointly caused the risk of ideological security in the field of algorithm recommendation.In view of this,it is necessary to coordinate the construction of mainstream value guidance mechanism,algorithm literacy cultivation mechanism,algorithm technology management mechanism and algorithm legal regulation mechanism,so as to effectively prevent and control the ideological risks in the algorithm recommendation field and maintain ideological security.
