硫胺素缓解反刍动物亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 亚急性瘤胃酸中毒是反刍动物生产中一种常见的营养代谢性疾病,其发病速度慢且临床表现不明显,会使反刍动物消化系统功能紊乱,并伴有瘤胃炎、蹄叶炎、乳房炎、肝脏脓肿等并发症,严重影响养殖业的经济效益。大量研究发现向反刍动物饲粮中添加硫胺素可以有效缓解亚急性瘤胃酸中毒,提高瘤胃pH,维持瘤胃内环境的稳定。本文从亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的发生机制、硫胺素与亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的关系以及硫胺素缓解亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的作用途径进行讨论,为硫胺素在反刍动物生产中的应用提供理论参考。 Subacute rumen acidosis is a common nutritional metabolic disease in ruminant production.Its onset is slow and the clinical manifestations are not obvious,which makes the digestive system of ruminants dysfunctional,accompanied by ruminitis,laminitis,mastitis,liver abscess and other complications,seriously affecting the economic benefits of the breeding industry.A large number of studies have found that a thiamine supplementation to ruminant diets can effectively relieve subacute rumen acidosis and increase rumen pH to maintain the stability of rumen environment.This article discusses the pathogenesis of subacute rumen acidosis,the relationship between thiamine and subacute rumen acidosis,and the action pathway of thiamine in relieving subacute ruminal acidosis,to provide a theoretical reference for the application of thiamine in ruminant production.
