降雨条件下山区高速公路交通事故发生风险短时预测模型 被引量:2

摘要 为实现对降雨条件下山区高速公路交通事故发生风险的准确判别,以云南省某典型山区高速公路2019—2020年交通事故、交通运行数据为基础,解析降雨条件下山区高速公路交通事故风险影响因素的相互作用机理,采用贝叶斯随机截距Logistic回归模型构建降雨条件下山区高速公路交通事故发生风险短时预测模型。结果表明,降雨强度与交通流特征参数之间存在交互效应,上游检测器平均交通量、上下游检测器平均运行速度差值和下游检测器运行速度标准差与事故发生风险显著相关;引入降雨强度变量能提高Logistic回归模型在山区高速公路事故分析预测中的拟合优度;基于贝叶斯随机截距Logistic回归模型构建的事故风险预测模型的预测准确率可达84.3%。
