摘要
为掌握降雪天气对高速公路交通流特性影响.实测了高速公路不同降雪强度下的交通数据.与正常天气对比,采用数理统计分布拟合观测数据,定量分析了车辆到达、车头时距、速度等受降雪天气影响的特征参数分布规律.运用了Van Aerde模型作为降雪天气下高速公路交通流模型,利用最小二乘法对各类降雪下的模型参数进行了标定,确定了不同降雪条件下交通流三参数关系曲线变化特征.结果表明,降雪对高速公路交通流产生了明显的影响,小雪、中雪和大雪天气下高速公路平均速度分别下降6,9和11km/h,通行能力分别降低17.3%,22.7%,33.1%.
In order to grasp the impacts of snowy weather on traffic flow characteristics of expressway, a lot of expressway traffic data is collected under different snowfall intensity. Compared with normal weather, the statistical distribution properties of vehicle arrival law, headway and speed distribution affected by snowy weather are quantitatively analyzed. Van Aerde models are used as traffic flow models under snowy weather, least squares method is calibrated parameters to determine the relation- ships among the three parameters characteristic under different snowy conditions. The study results show that snowy weather had a significant effects on traffic flow of expressway. Compared with the normal weather, average speeds of expressway decreased 6 km/h, 9 km/h and 11 km/h under different snowy tensity conditions, respectively. Capacity dropped by 17.3%, 22.7%, 33.1%.
