摘要
随着生育政策的调整,托育服务供需失衡愈发严重,托幼一体化是缓解供需矛盾的重要举措。当前托育服务依然存在供需失衡、费用高昂、师资匮乏与质量不高等问题,为提升托育服务数量与质量,应完善管理体制、制定托育课程标准、加强师资培养、发挥家庭育儿作用,满足民众的托育需求,激发民众的育儿信心,推动托育服务向好发展。
With the adjustment of fertility policy,the imbalance between supply and demand of childcare services is becoming more and more serious,and the integration of childcare is an important measure to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand.At present,there are some problems in childcare services,such as imbalance between supply and demand,high cost,shortage of teachers and low quality.In order to improve the quantity and quality of childcare services,relevant departments should improve the management system,formulate curriculum standards for childcare,strengthen teacher training,give full play to the role of family parenting,meet people’s needs for childcare,stimulate people’s confidence in childcare,and promote the development of childcare services.
