摘要
总结张爱琴教授从脾论治三阴性乳腺癌的临床经验。张教授认为,本病的病位在乳腺,与非三阴性乳腺癌相比,预后较差,复发转移概率较高,治疗手段较为单一,其发生、复发转移等与脾的关系尤为密切,起病多由脾虚而始,脾脏亏虚则运化失常,因虚致实,痰瘀内生,日久结聚为癌毒。故张师的治疗以益气健脾为基本治则贯穿始终,辅以疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、化痰散结等治法,以顾护人体正气为根本,稍佐攻邪药物,兼顾整体,疗效显著。
This paper introduces Professor Zhang Aiqin's clinical experience in treating triple negative breast cancer from spleen.Professor Zhang believes that this disease is located in the mammary gland,with poorer prognosis and higher probabilities of recurrence and metastasis than non-triple negative breast cancer.The therapies for triple negative breast cancer are limited,and the occurrence,recurrence,and metastasis of this cancer are particularly closely related to the spleen.This disease is usually rooted in spleen deficiency,which leads to abnormal transportation and transformation.Further,phlegm and blood stasis are generated,the long-term accumulation of which results in cancer toxin.Accordingly,Professor Zhang proposes the treatment principle of reinforcing healthy qi and invigorating spleen,which can be combined with the methods of soothing liver and relieving depression,activating blood and resolving stasis,and resolving phlegm and dissipating mass.The treatment focuses on reinforcing the healthy qi of the human body and uses medicines to eliminate pathogen with consideration to the whole,demonstrating remarkable therapeutic effects.
