摘要
目的基于“从脾论治”理论探讨六君子汤加减对慢性鼻炎患儿免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析江西省儿童医院2020年8月—2021年8月收治的慢性鼻炎患儿70例,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为两组。对照组35例予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组35例对照组的基础上予六君子汤加减联合治疗,比较两组治疗前后的免疫功能指标、临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗后,两组免疫功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为5.71%(2/35),明显低于对照组的25.71%(9/35)(P<0.05)。结论六君子汤加减联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂能够增强慢性鼻炎患儿的免疫功能,提高临床疗效,减少复发率。
Objective To explore the effect of Liujunzi decoction on immune function of children with chronic rhinitis based on the theory of“treatment from spleen”.Methods Seventy children with chronic rhinitis admitted to Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group of 35 cases was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group of 35 cases was treated with Liujunzi decoction.The immune function indexes,clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 5.71%(2/35),which was significantly lower than that of control group(25.71%,9/35)(P<0.05).Conclusion Liujunzi decoction combined with mometasone furoatenasal spray can enhance the immune function of children,improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.
