摘要
三阴性乳腺癌是乳腺癌中一种特殊的亚型。目前,西医的全身治疗方法以化疗为主,中医在防治三阴性乳腺癌的复发转移及提高晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的生活质量、延长生存期等方面具有独特优势。李佩文教授认为三阴性乳腺癌的发生、发展及复发转移与肾的关系更为密切,根据三阴性乳腺癌不同的治疗阶段主张以益肾填髓为基本法则,兼顾他脏,临床取得了满意的疗效。文章通过整理李教授从肾论治三阴性乳腺癌的相关经验及学术思想,为临床诊治三阴性乳腺癌提供新的思路。
Triple negative breast caner(TNBC)is a special subtype of breast cancer.At present,chemotherapy is the main systemic treatment in western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing recurrence and metastasis of TNBC,improving the quality of life and prolonging survival of advanced TNBC.Professor LI Pei-wen believes that the occurrence,development,recurrence and metastasis of TNBC are more closely related to the kidney.According to the different treatment stages of TNBC,professor LI Pei-wen advocates tonifying the kidney and filling marrow as the basic rule,taking into account other internal organs,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.This paper collates professor LI’s relevant experience and academic thoughts on the treatment of TNBC from the kidney,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of TNBC.
