摘要
分析小儿推拿、针刺灸法、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆等治疗小儿厌食症的中医外治法,认为外治法对小儿厌食症的治疗具有独特的优势,且不同外治法或中医内外治法联合使用,可显著提高临床疗效,通过改善患儿血清学指标及微量元素来促进其生长发育,但临床应用时也要考虑患儿年龄、体质、季节、地域等因素的影响,灵活选用最优的治疗方案。
Through the analysis and summary of paediatric massage,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint plastering,auricular pressure beans and other external Chinese medicine treatment methods for the treatment of anorexia nervosain,it is believed that the external treatment method for the treatment of pediatric anorexia nervosa has a unique advantage,and that the combined use of different external treatments or traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatments can significantly enhance the clinical effectiveness of clinical efficacy,and can improve the children's blood serological indexes and micronutrients to promote growth and development.However,it is necessary to consider the influence of the child's age,physical condition,season and region when applying,and flexibly choose the optimal treatment plan.
