摘要
目的:探究基于健脾益气思想运用小儿推拿联合中药治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食的临床价值。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年2月我院收治的120例脾失健运型厌食患儿作为研究对象,依据不同的治疗方式分为中医推拿组、中药治疗组、推药联合组、西药治疗组,每组30例。对比治疗效果。结果:中医推拿组临床有效率为70.0%(21/30),中药治疗组为73.3%(22/30),西药治疗组为60.0%(18/30),推药联合组为93.3%(28/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医推拿组Hb指标为(123.3±16.95)g/L、血锌指标为(94.2±13.50)μmol/L;中药治疗组Hb指标为(117.1±17.33)g/L、血锌指标为(89.5±13.93)μmol/L;西药治疗组Hb指标为(109.6±14.93)g/L、血锌指标为(83.4±12.08)μmol/L;推药联合组Hb指标为(132.2±18.55)g/L、血锌指标为(97.8±13.79)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脾失健运型厌食患儿基于健脾益气思想运用小儿推拿联合中药治疗方案,能明显提升临床疗效,并对各项指标进行改善,值得在临床上推广。
To explore the application value of pediatric massage and traditional Chinese medicine under the thought of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi in the treatment of children with anorexia of spleen failure.Methods:The study subjects were selected from 120 children with anorexia of splenic insufficiency and movement type admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,and were grouped according to different treatment methods.There are TCM tuina group,TCM treatment group,TCM treatment group in based on tuina,Western medicine treatment group,30 cases in each group,and then compared their treatment effects between them.Results:The clinical efficacy of TCMTuina group was 70.0%(21/30),the TCM treatment group was 73.3%(22/30),the Western medicine treatment group was60.0%(18/30),and the tuina combination group was 93.3%(28/30).There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The Hb index of the TCM tuina group was(123.3±16.95)g/L,the blood zinc index was(94.2±13.50)umol/L;the Hb index of the Chinese medicine treatment group was(117.1±17.33)g/L,and the blood zinc index was(89.5±13.93)μmol/L;the Hb index of the western medicine treatment group was(109.6±14.93)g/L,the blood zinc index was(83.4±12.08)μmol/L;the Hb index of the combined drug push group was(132.2±18.55)g/L,The blood zinc index was(97.8±13.79)μmol/L,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with anorexia of spleen failure,the use of pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine under the thought of invigorating the spleen and replenishingcan sig-nificantly improve the clinical efficacy of the children and improve the physical indicators of the children.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
