摘要
循环经济理论为工业遗产的保护和利用提供了有效途径。通过应用减量化、再利用和资源化的“3R”原则,可以建立一个工业遗产保护和利用的框架。文章以保定市乐凯老厂区为例,在分析了乐凯老区的历史沿革、地理区位、规划定位及存在问题以后,提出了减量化、再利用、资源化的工业遗产保护和利用的改造方案,阐述了循环经济理论在工业遗产保护和利用中的应用。
The theory of circular economy provides an effective way for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.By applying the"3R"principles of reduction,reuse and resource utilization,a framework for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage can be established.The article takes the old factory area of Lekai in Baoding City as an example,puts forward a transformation plan for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage of reduction,reuse and resource utilization,and expounds the application of circular economy theory in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage after analyzing the historical evolution,geographical location,planning positioning and existing problems of the old area of Lekai.
