摘要
随着肉牛产业市场化和农业生产方式的转变,思南黄牛的群体数量呈现显著减少趋势,生存状况受到一定程度的威胁。该文简述了思南黄牛的历史记载、民间文化、产区条件、生物学特性、群体数量、杂交利用和加工销售情况,针对其群体数量减少、种群衰退、产业链条短板等问题,提出了相应的对策建议,旨在为思南黄牛的品种保护、提纯复壮和扩繁利用提供参考借鉴,推动思南黄牛扩群增量,提升养殖效益。
With the marketization of the beef cattle industry and the transformation of agricultural production methods,the population of Sinan cattle has shown a significant decrease,and their survival status is threatened to a certain extent.This article briefly introduces the historical records,folk culture,production area conditions,biological characteristics,population size,crossbreeding utilization,and processing and sales of Sinan cattle.In response to issues such as decreasing population,population decline,and shortcomings in the industrial chain,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The aim is to provide reference for the protection,purification,rejuvenation,and expansion of the Sinan cattle breed,and to promote the expansion of the Sinan cattle population,increasing breeding efficiency.
