摘要
肌纤维作为肌肉的基础单元,在发育过程中许多复杂的内外机理都参与调节,其中相关信号机理发挥着及其重要的作用。畜禽骨骼肌肉是肉制品的主要来源,肌纤维的数量和大小是决定肌肉生长的主要因素,因此深入研究肌纤维的形成及其分子调控机理对肉品质的提升有很大的影响。该文通过对肌纤维发生发育、类型转化以及调控机理的分析,阐述了肌纤维的发育规律以及与其有关的信号传导途径,并做出展望,为今后进一步的研究奠定了基础。
As the basic unit of muscle,muscle fibers are involved in many complex internal and external mechanisms during development,and the related signal mechanism plays an important role.Livestock and poultry skeletal muscle is the main source of meat products.The number and size of muscle fibers are the main factors determining muscle growth.Therefore,in-depth study of the formation of muscle fibers and their molecular regulation mechanism has a great impact on the improvement of meat quality.Based on the analysis of the development,type transformation and regulation mechanism of muscle fibers,this paper expounds the development law of muscle fibers and the signal transduction pathways related to them,and makes a prospect,which lays a foundation for further research in the future.
