摘要
通过建立动物训练模型,观察不同强度的跳跃训练对大鼠腓肠肌纤维类型影响。选取成年SD雄性大鼠48只,随机分为3组,正常对照组、快速力量训练组、力量耐力训练组。分别在训练第6周、8周、10周、12周分批宰杀。取大鼠腓肠肌做ATPase染色,观察肌纤维类型变化。结果表明大鼠在较长时间和较大强度的跳跃训练后,腓肠肌的Ⅱ型肌纤维数密度和面密度都有显著的增加。小强度的跳跃训练没有引起Ⅱ型肌纤维类型的变化。
Through the establishment of pattern for SD mice after jump training, the experiment placed into observation the effect upon mice's skeletal muscle type caused by different training workload. The investigation used 48 SD rats, adult and male, Which were randomly divided into 3 groups, Normal control groups and power training groups and endurance training groups. After training for 6 weeks,8 weeks, 10 weeks and 12 weeks, The gastrocnemius muscle was used to histochemistry .The result shows that there is a significant gain in numeral as well as regional density of objects' calve muscle fabric type Ⅱ after training of high workload. Whereas, no same change have been found after the training of low workload.
