绿茶粉对长顺绿壳蛋鸡肝脏代谢组的影响

摘要 试验旨在明确绿茶粉对长顺绿壳蛋鸡肝脏小分子代谢物的影响,将36只27周龄的长顺绿壳蛋鸡随机分成2组,即1个对照组和1个试验组(GTP1.5组),每组3个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,GTP1.5组在基础日粮中添加1.5%的绿茶粉。预试期1周,正式试验期5周。结果显示,与对照组相比,GTP1.5组中共发现31种差异代谢物,其中有28种代谢物上调,有3种代谢物下调。以上差异代谢物分别属于氨基酸及其代谢物、脂肪酰类、甘油磷脂类等10大类,其中差异最大的为猪去氧胆酸(hyodeoxycholic acid)。KEGG富集分析发现11条显著富集通路,其中3条与氨基酸的合成代谢相关,4条与脂肪酸的合成代谢相关。研究表明,绿茶粉主要影响蛋鸡肝脏氨基酸及其代谢物和脂肪酸的合成代谢。添加绿茶粉可导致肝脏内猪去氧胆酸上调,并认为该现象可能与蛋鸡胆固醇调控相关。 The purpose of the experiment was to determine the effect of green tea powder on liver small molecule metabolites of Changshun green-shell laying hens.Thirty-six Changshun green-shell laying hens aged 27 weeks were randomly divided into two groups,namely,a control group and an experimental group(GTP1.5 group),with three replicates in each group and six chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet and the GTP 1.5 group was a fed basal diet with 1.5%green tea powder.The pre-test period was 1 week,and the formal test period was 5 weeks.The results showed that compared with control group,31 metabolites were found in GTP1.5 group,among which 28 metabolites were up-regulated and three metabolites were down-regulated.The above metabolites belong to 10 categories,such as amino acids and their metabolites,fatty acyl and glycerophospholipids,among which hyodeoxycholic acid is the most different.KEGG enrichment analysis revealed 11 significant enrichment pathways,of which three were related to amino acid anabolism and four to fatty acid anabolism.The results showed that green tea powder mainly affected the synthesis and metabolism of amino acids,their metabolites and fatty acids in the liver of laying hens.The addition of green tea powder can lead to up-regulation of hepatic hyodeoxycholic acid,which may be related to cholesterol regulation in laying hens.
