摘要
目的了解居家脑卒中重度失能患者照顾者照护的真实体验,明确照顾者照护中的实际问题和困难,以期为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,对15名脑卒中重度失能患者照顾者进行面对面半结构访谈,以Colaizzi 7步法整理分析访谈内容。结果脑卒中重度失能患者照顾者的照护体验可归纳为3个主题:专业知识和技能不足;压力和获益感并存;政府和卫生系统支持缺乏。结论专业知识和技能匮乏、人力资源不足是本组照顾者面临的主要问题,深入了解其感受、经验和需求,可为制定针对性干预措施和提升患者和照顾者的居家生活质量提供依据。
Objective To understand the caregivers’experience in taking care of stroke patients with severe disability,and to clarify the practical problems and difficulties,in order to develop targeted interventions.Methods A descriptive qualitative research method was used to conduct face-to-face semi-structured interviews on caregivers of 15 stroke patients with severe disability.Colaizzi’s 7-step method was used to organize and analyze interviews.Results The experience of caregivers of stroke patients with severe disability was categorized into 3 themes:lack of professional knowledge and skills;co-existence of pressure and a sense of benefit;lack of government and health systems support.Conclusions Lack of manpower and professional knowledge and skills are the main problems faced by caregivers of stroke patients with severe disability.Understanding the feelings,experience,and the needs of caregivers of stroke patients with severe disability can provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention measures and promoting their quality of life.
