摘要
目的 建立完善的经皮冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)病人临床护理路径。方法 采用随机抽样法分成 2组 ,每组5 0例。对照组 5 0例病人采用按常规医嘱进行护理 ,实验组 5 0例病人采用制定好的临床护理路径方法进行护理 ,观察 2组病人住院天数、卧床时间、舒适度、并发症发生率有无差异。结果 实验组病人住院时间、平卧时间、并发症发生率与对照组相比明显减少 ,而病人舒适度明显增加。结论 临床护理路径在PTCA病人中的应用 ,可提高工作效率 ,控制成本 ,保证护理质量。
Objective To etablish perfect clinical nursing paths of PTCA.Methods Use random sampling method.50 cases in each group.Use the normal nursing methods in comparing group.In the experimental group,use the clinical nursing path,observe the patients' time in the hospital,time in the bed,the patients' comfort and the occuring rate of complications after operation.Results In the experimental group,the patients' time in the hospital,time in the bed and the occuring rate of complications after operation are less than the comparing group but the patients more comfortable than it.Conclusion Use clinical nursing paths in PTCA,we can improve the efficiency,control the cost and guantee nursing quality.
