摘要
设计了一款基于TL494的同步整流Buck稳压电源。该设计通过控制单片机端PWM占空比,经LPF滤波器将PWM信号转变为直流电压信号,从而由TL494产生PWM信号控制同步整流管的占空比,实现电压0至30 V稳定连续可调输出。输出采样电路将电流值经放大后传送给单片机和TL494,当电流超过5 A后,MOS管关断,实现过流保护。经实验测量表明,在输入电压48 V、输出电压30 V、输出电流5 A的情况下,该设计负载调整率小于1%、输出纹波低于50 mV、效率高于96%,满足基本数控要求。
This paper designs a synchronous rectifier Buck regulated power supply based on TL494.By controlling the PWM duty ratio at the end of the single-chip microcomputer,the design converts the PWM signal into the DC voltage signal through the LPF filter,so that the PWM signal generated by the TL494 controls the duty ratio of the synchronous rectifier tube,and realizes the stable and continuous adjustable output of voltage from 0 to 30 V.The output sampling circuit amplifies the current value and sends it to the MCU and TL494.When the current exceeds 5 A,the MOS tube turns off to realize overcurrent protection.In addition,the prototype of the circuit schematic diagram is made and tested.The experimental measurement shows that the load adjustment rate is less than 1%,the output ripple is less than 50 mV,and the efficiency is higher than 96%,which meets the basic requirements of NC.
