摘要
本文主要的研究内容为光伏和同步整流技术以及他们的综合应用,对同步整流技术的原理及应用的范围进行了说明和分析。并表明同步整流技术在低压、大电流输出的电源中有较明显的优势。为了对理论进行验证,设计了一款基于同步整流的光伏Buck稳压电源。该设计通过50 W光伏板向电路输送6~32 V的直流电压(电压随天气和光照变化),从而启动同步整流芯片EG1162并产生PWM波信号控制MOSFET开关,实现6~32 V电压输入,5 V电压输出的功能。并通过运算放大器LM358进行过流保护、过温保护。该设计全范围内纹波于120 mV以内,效率高于96%。
The main research content of this paper is photovoltaic and synchronous rectifier technology and their comprehensive application,the principle of synchronous rectifier technology and the scope of application are explained and analyzed.It shows that synchronous rectifier technology has obvious advantages in low voltage and high current output power supply.In order to verify the theory,a PV Buck regulated power supply based on synchronous rectification is designed.In this design,the 50 W photovoltaic panel transmits 6~32 V DC voltage to the circuit(voltage changes with weather and light),so as to start the synchronous rectifier chip EG1162 and generate PWM wave signal to control the MOSFET switch,and realize the function of 6~32 V voltage input and 5 V voltage output.And through the operation amplifier LM358 for over-current protection,over-temperature protection.The ripple in the full range of the design is less than 120 mV,and the efficiency is higher than 96%.
