摘要 针对电动自行车在刹车、减速等工况下,动能浪费的问题,设计了一种电动自行车能量回馈装置,采用了开关Boost升压技术,实现了在刹车、减速等工况下,将电动自行车的动能回馈到蓄电池,电能回收率在50%以上,同时可提高电动自行车行驶的安全性。介绍了能量回馈装置的工作原理,及开关升压电路的结构和参数计算。能量回馈装置经实际测试,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。 According to the problem of electric bicycle wasting kinetic energy in braking, deceleration and other conditions, an electric bicycle energy feedback device is designed by using a switch Boost technology, when the bicycle is on the conditions, such as braking and downhill, which realize the energy recovery and return to the battery. Electric energy recovery rate is above 50%, and also can rise the driving safety. The working principle of energy feedback device, and the structure of a switching Boost circuit and parameter calculation are intro- duced. Energy feedback device is tested in the actual, and various technical indicators have reached the design requirements.
