摘要
随着我国互联网的普及和用户规模的不断扩大,电信网络诈骗犯罪已成为当前最突出的刑事犯罪类型。以裁判文书网中相关案件的一审判决书为依据,基于犯罪地理学视角,综合运用多种研究方法对电信网络诈骗犯罪的时空特征和社会人口特征进行分析,可以发现我国电信网络诈骗犯罪存在犯罪的时间、地点明显聚集,涉案嫌疑人年轻化、受教育程度较低等显著特征。为更好地预防和打击电信网络诈骗犯罪,相关部门应有针对性地采取差异化防控策略,同时加强宣传教育,创造就业机会,力求从源头上遏制此类犯罪的发生。
With the popularization of Internet in China and the continuous expansion of user scale,telecom network fraud crime has become the most prominent criminal crime type at present.Based on the first instance judgment of relevant cases in the judgment documents network,based on the perspective of criminal geography,the paper comprehensively uses a variety of research methods to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics and socio-demographic characteristics of telecom network fraud crimes in China.It can be found that there are significant characteristics of telecom network fraud crimes in China:the time and place of crimes are obviously clustered,and the suspects involved are younger and less educated.In order to better prevent and combat telecom network fraud crimes,relevant departments should take targeted and differentiated prevention and control strategies,while strengthening publicity and education,creating job opportunities,and strive to curb the occurrence of such crimes from the source.
