摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病是呼吸系统常见的慢性疾病,近年来其发病呈高态势,该病可导致患者生活质量明显下降,甚则死亡,因此如何提高临床疗效、改善患者生活质量,也成为临床医生面临的重要问题;而中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)有明显优势,可以有效提高患者生活质量,治法用药则仁见仁智,提示我们辨证选药、个体化治疗是AECOPD的治疗原则。文章从析病机、论治则,辨别AECOPD常见6种证候,并结合验案,总结了武维屏教授治疗AECOPD的经验,以期为AECOPD的中医药治疗提供帮助。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic disease of respiratory system.In recent years,the incidence of COPD has shown a high trend,which can lead to a significant decline in the quality of life of patients,even death.Therefore,how to improve the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients has become an important issue for our clinicians.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and different views about the treatment of drugs,suggesting that the treatment principle of AECOPD is differentiation of syndromes and drug selection,and individualized treatment.This article summarized professor WU Weiping’s experience in the treatment of AECOPD from the analysis of pathogenesis,treatment rules,identification of six common syndromes of AECOPD,and combined with the trial case,in order to provide help for the treatment of AECOPD with traditional Chinese medicine.
