川贝母保护膈肌功能及其抗氧化的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:川贝母保护膈肌功能及其抗氧化作用的实验研究。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为慢性缺氧组、缺氧加贝母组和对照组3组,进行膈肌最大收缩力、最大强直收缩、强直收缩时间、疲劳时间和疲劳指数的测定,并检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、肌酐(C r)、尿素氮(BUN)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:慢性缺氧组大鼠的膈肌最大收缩力、最大强直收缩和疲劳指数均较缺氧加贝母组和对照组显著缩短,慢性缺氧组与缺氧加贝母组和对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.01),缺氧加贝母组血清MDA、C r、BUN水平较显著下降(P<0.01);血清SOD显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:贝母具有抗缺氧和抗膈肌疲劳作用,并且可以减轻脂质过氧化和清除氧自由基的保护作用。 Objective:Fritillaria diaphragmatic function and antioxidant protection of experimental study.Methods:SD will be 30 rats were divided into groups of chronic hypoxia,hypoxia Gabay parent group and the control group three groups.For the largest contraction of the diaphragm,the biggest tonic contraction,tonic contraction time,fatigue and fatigue time of the index,And serum malondialdehyde(MDA),creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) level.Results:Chronic hypoxic rats largest contraction of the diaphragm,the biggest tonic contraction and fatigue index showed hypoxia Gabay mother group and the control group was significantly shortened,chronic hypoxia and hypoxia Gabay group home group and the control group were significantly Difference(P <O.01),hypoxia Gabay mother serum MDA,Cr,BUN dropped significantly compared to the level of(P <0.01);serum SOD significantly increased(P <0.01).Conclusion:Fritillaria diaphragm with anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects and can reduce lipid peroxidation and scavenging oxygen free radical protection.
