摘要
对日化产品中桉叶素含量的气相色谱测定方法进行了研究。用石油醚对样品中桉叶素进行萃取,采用KB-WAX毛细管色谱柱,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测,采用外标法定量。对洗衣皂、洗手液、沐浴剂、洗衣液4种典型日化产品中的桉叶素含量进行了测定,线性范围为10mg/L~100mg/L,检出限为0.25mg/L,相对标准偏差在1.7%~4.1%之间,加标回收率在94.6%~101%之间。
Cineole was extracted by petroleum ether,detected by KB-WAX capillary column,and quantified by external standard method.The contents of cineole in four typical daily chemical products including laundry bar soap,hand cleaner,bath agent and liquid detergent for fabric were determined.The linear range was 10mg/L-100mg/L,the detection limit was 0.25mg/L,the relative standard deviation was 1.7%-4.1%,and the mean methodology recovery was 94.6%-101%.
