摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取-GC/MS法和热解-GC/MS法分别对杭白菊挥发油及其在300、600、900℃下的热解产物进行了分离鉴定,并用杭白菊挥发油进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①杭白菊挥发油中共鉴定出52种挥发性成分,主要为单萜类和倍半萜类;②杭白菊挥发油300、600和900℃的热解产物中分别鉴定出78、89和94种成分;③部分成分只存在于挥发油中,部分成分同时存在于挥发油及其热解产物中,部分成分仅存在于热解产物中,热解温度不同,其产物成分的种类和含量亦不同;④杭白菊挥发油具有改善和修饰卷烟香气,增加清香香韵,减轻刺激性的作用。杭白菊挥发油可用于卷烟加香。
The essential oil in Hangzhou white chrysanthemum was extracted with simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction. The volatile constituents in the oil and its pyrolytic products at 300℃, 600℃ and 900℃ were analyzed by GC/MS and PY-GC/MS. The oil was added into cigarettes as a flavor. The results showed that :①52 volatile constituents were identified in the oil, and most of them were monoterpenes and sesquiter-penes ;②78, 89 and 94 volatile constituents were identified in the pyrolytic products at 300℃, 600℃, and 900 ℃, respectively;③some of the identified constituents existed both in the oil and its pyrolytic products, some existed only in the oil or in its pyrolytic products; the constituents and their concentrations in pyrolytic products changed with pyrolytic temperatures;④the essential oil could improve and modify the flavor of ciga- rette smoke, enhance the notes of fresh aroma, and reduce its irritation. The essential oil of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum can be used as a cigarette flavoring.
