不同添加剂对饲用豆粕发酵品质和饲用价值的影响 被引量:1

The influence of different additives on the fermentation quality and feed value of feed-grade soybean meal

摘要 豆粕发酵中常用的添加剂有益生菌(芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌)、酶制剂等几类,添加剂种类显著影响豆粕发酵品质。酶制剂可有效降解豆粕大分子物质,提升酸溶蛋白和小肽含量;益生菌能调节发酵pH,抑制有害菌,改善肠道菌群健康。在饲用价值方面,发酵品质的改善使得动物对豆粕的消化吸收显著增强。添加合适添加剂发酵后的豆粕用于动物饲养,可提高动物采食量,增强动物免疫力,降低动物肠道疾病发生率,促进动物生长性能。本研究为优化饲用豆粕发酵工艺,合理选择添加剂,提高豆粕饲用价值提供了理论依据与实践参考,有助于推动高效、绿色饲料产业发展,提高畜禽养殖效益。 Additives commonly used in soybean meal fermentation include probiotics(such as Bacillus,lactic acid bacteria,and yeast),and enzyme preparations.The types of additives significantly impact the fermentation quality of soybean meal.Enzyme preparations can effectively degrade the macromolecules in soybean meal,increasing the content of acid-soluble protein and small peptides.Probiotics can regulate the fermentation pH,inhibit harmful bacteria,and improve intestinal flora.In terms of feed value,the improved fermentation quality significantly enhances animals'digestion and absorption of soybean meal.Using fermented soybean meal with appropriate additives in animal feeding can increase feed intake,enhance animal immunity,reduce the incidence of intestinal diseases,and promote animal growth performance.This study provides theoretical and practical references for optimizing the fermentation process of feed-grade soybean meal,selecting additives reasonably,and improving the feed value of soybean meal.It contributes to promoting the development of efficient and green feed industries and enhancing the economic benefits of livestock and poultry farming.
