摘要
针对YC230型液压挖掘机的动臂位于最低位置的最深挖掘工况,运用Workbench有限元方法进行静力分析,在利用理论公式对其进行载荷计算基础上通过网格划分、边界条件确定、数据分析等,得到动臂的应力云图及应变图,为动臂的强度设计提供了参考数据.
Static analysis of the hydraulic excavator in the maximum excavating depth and lowest boom position is conducted by the finite element method of workbench. Through calculating load, meshing, confirming boundary conditions, and analyzing data, the stress nephogram and strain figure of the boom are obtained, which provides reference data for strength design of the boom.
