摘要
目的探讨前列腺激光剜除术治疗前列腺增生,与经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗的疗效差异。方法选取2022年10月—2023年3月昆山市中西医结合医院收治的60例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(予以经尿道前列腺等离子电切术)和观察组(予以前列腺激光剜除术),每组30例。比较两组临床指标,手术前后前列腺症状、生命质量评分和最大尿流率,以及并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后3个月两组前列腺症状评分、生命质量评分均低于手术前,最大尿流率高于手术前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列腺激光剜除术的手术用时更少,更有利于患者术后恢复,手术后前列腺症状及生命质量改善更明显,且不会增加并发症风险。
Objective To investigate the difference between laser enucleation of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate.Methods 60 patients with hyperplasia of prostate admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into control group(to receive transurethral resection of prostate)and observation group(to receive laser enucleation of prostate),according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical indicators,prostate symptoms and quality of life score,maximum urine flow rate before and after surgery,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,bladder irrigation time,indignant catheter time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the score of prostate symptoms and the score of quality of life in both groups were lower than before operation,and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than before operation,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,lower than that in the control group(23.33%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The operation time of prostate laser enucleation is less,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients,and the postoperative prostate symptoms and quality of life are improved more significantly,and the risk of complications is not increased.
